Precision Machining Line Operator

Role overview

Operate, monitor, and care for manufacturing equipment to drive safe, efficient output and top-tier quality.

Schedule

Shift 7AM-5:30PM

Primary responsibilities

• Set up and run machines in alignment with production orders and safety rules
• Monitor performance; recognize irregularities and act promptly
• Stage raw materials; unload and handle finished goods
• Inspect parts to confirm conformance to quality standards
• Make minor adjustments and resolve small machine issues
• Conduct routine maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, inspections)
• Document production counts, scrap, and quality checks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area
• Adhere to all PPE and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Prior machine operation/manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read basic work instructions, blueprints, or specifications
• Experience with common hand tools and measuring instruments preferred
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and collaborative
