Machine Operator

Location: Florence, KY 41042

Pay: $21.00/hour (pay increases upon full-time conversion)

Shift Information

12-Hour Rotating Schedule (3-2-2-3 Rotation)

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Every other weekend required

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
• Load materials and perform machine changeovers
• Adjust machine settings and tooling as needed
• Use measuring tools and complete production documentation
• Maintain quality standards and a safe work environment

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
• Basic math and computer skills required
• Strong attendance, attention to detail, and safety mindset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for 12-hour shifts
• Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled environment

Hiring Requirements

• Pass a 7-year background check
• Pass a 9-panel drug screen
• Forklift training and certification provided
