- Supervise, coach, and support a team of maintenance technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Lead daily maintenance activities including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance
Ensure reliable operation of mechanical stamping presses
Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
Coordinate maintenance priorities with production leadership to minimize downtime
Enforce safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and plant policies
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability and maintenance processes
Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and documentation
Assist with training and development of maintenance personnel
Support installation, startup, and optimization of new or existing equipment
- 10+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
2+ years of supervisory or lead experience
Hands-on experience with mechanical stamping presses (non-negotiable)
Strong troubleshooting skills in:
Electrical systems
Pneumatics
Hydraulics
Ability to lead by example in a hands-on maintenance role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Robotic systems experience (Fanuc, ABB, or similar)
Automotive Tier 1 manufacturing experience
Experience supporting high-speed, high-volume production environments
