How you’ll make an impact
- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues up to 480V across motors, drives, PLCs, sensors, and control networks
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance to extend asset life
- Service and optimize presses, furnaces, conveyors, robotics, and other automated equipment
- Read and apply blueprints, schematics, and OEM manuals
- Perform welding and light fabrication when needed
- Lead with a safety-first mindset and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Respond swiftly to breakdowns to minimize downtime
What you’ll bring
- Journeyman certification or equivalent experience in industrial maintenance
- 5+ years in a manufacturing environment
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills; PLC background preferred
- Broad understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation
- Ability to work any shift with overtime as required
- Detail-focused problem solver who collaborates well and prioritizes safety

- Stand, walk, and bend in industrial conditions
- Comfort at heights and in confined spaces when necessary

- Proficiencies: Journeyman’s License; Electrical Troubleshooting; Electrical Repair; High Voltage Systems; Maintenance and Repair Skills; Industrial Electrical Experience
