The Role

We're looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing AI team. You'll work on core ML systems that power our talent matching platform, from model development to production deployment.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for talent matching, ranking, and recommendation
• Work with large-scale datasets to improve model performance and accuracy
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate ML solutions into our platform
• Develop and maintain ML pipelines and infrastructure
• Stay current with the latest ML research and apply relevant techniques
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical direction

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning or related field
• Strong programming skills in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.)
• Experience with NLP, recommendation systems, or information retrieval
• Track record of deploying ML models to production at scale
• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field preferred
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and ML infrastructure
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
