Distribution Center Lead, Forklift & Inventory Operations

What a day looks like

When you clock in at 9:00 AM, you’ll scan the morning manifest and head straight to the floor. You’ll guide the team through unloading inbound pallets, slotting tires and undercar parts with a stand-up forklift or order picker, and using handheld scanners to keep our inventory tight. By lunch, you’ve coached a new hire through safe lifts and accurate bin locations. The afternoon brings cycle counts, a quick will-call pickup to prep, and support for e-comm orders. If the day runs long, you help the crew wrap things up—because the work isn’t done until it’s done, Monday through Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm or until completion, with rotating Sundays. Overtime can happen, and you’re ready when business needs shift.
