Wire and Cable Spooling Technician

Sunlight hits the loading dock, forklifts hum, and you start by programming a computer-controlled spooling machine that winds precision wire and cable to spec. You keep materials moving safely with a forklift, pitch in on general warehouse tasks, and wrap up by confirming orders in our system—another solid day contributing to an employee-owned, legacy manufacturer.

Role snapshot

• Location: Imperial, PA
• Schedule: Monday through Friday – 7:30 am to 4 pm
• Pay: $20.00/hour to start
• Type: Temporary to Hire
• Benefits: Benefits offered after probationary period.

What you will do

• Program and operate computer-controlled spooling machines for wire and cable.
• Operate forklifts to move, stage, and load materials safely.
• Support daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and housekeeping.

What you bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of forklift experience with safe operating habits.
• 1 year using hand tools in a production or warehouse environment.
• Comfort with basic computer operations for programming and data entry.
