What You’ll Own

• Shop-floor leadership of CNC milling operations
• Production scheduling, workflow coordination, and throughput
• Hands-on support: setups, troubleshooting, continuous improvement
• Quality assurance and on-time delivery performance
• Training, mentoring, and upskilling of machinists and operators
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering and production

What You Bring

• Strong CNC milling expertise, including setup and machining
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
• Ability to direct teams, set priorities, and resolve issues quickly
• Experience with tight tolerances and demanding quality requirements
• Fluency in tooling choices, feeds/speeds, and process optimization
