Position Overview:

Are you a skilled machinist who enjoys working with precision components and advanced manufacturing equipment? We're seeking a CNC Machinist for either 1st

or 2nd

shift to join a growing manufacturing team producing high-quality components for demanding aerospace and industrial applications.

What You’ll Do as a CNC Machinist:

• Set up and operate CNC machining centers and other machining equipment
• Install and align tooling, fixtures, and workpieces
• Make machine adjustments and offsets to maintain quality standards
• Read blueprints, routers, and specifications to produce precision components
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring equipment
• Troubleshoot machining issues and assist with process improvements
• Maintain a safe and organized work area using 6S principles
• Work closely with quality and manufacturing teams to ensure customer requirements are met

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience operating and setting up CNC machining equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing documentation
• Experience using precision measuring instruments
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
