CDL A No Experience Regional Company Driver

Begin your driving career in Utica, NY with 10-4 Logistics USA. We are hiring recent CDL-A graduates for our Eastern Regional Fleet. This full-time regional dry van position includes paid one-on-one mentor training, no-touch freight, and weekly or bi-weekly home time options. Drivers earn $850 per week during training. After successful completion of the mentor program, drivers are assigned their own truck with expected solo earnings of $1,600–$1,800+ per week.

  • Qualifications
    • Valid Class A CDL
    • Recent graduate of an accredited CDL school
    • Minimum 120 hours of CDL training
    • Satisfactory driving record
    • Able to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements
    • Willingness to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely
