In this role, you’ll guide learners through the science and hands-on practice of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration. From compressors to coils, you’ll demystify components and systems and help students step confidently into modern HVACR careers.

The Role at a Glance

• Engage Learners: Foster an inclusive environment where students build skill and passion for HVACR maintenance and service.
• Lab-Centered Instruction: Run interactive demonstrations so students diagnose, maintain, and repair a range of HVACR systems.
• Curriculum Collaboration: Partner with our education team to update courses and design new content that mirrors industry trends.
• Coach & Mentor: Guide individual projects, nurturing critical thinking and inventive problem-solving.
• Champion Safety: Promote procedures and best practices that keep everyone safe.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 4 years of practical experience: refrigeration, commercial HVAC, residential HVAC, mini splits, boilers, etc.
• EPA 608/Universal and OSHA 10–30 are highly valued.
• Clear, confident communicator and collaborator.
• Patient, empathetic teaching style tailored to different learning speeds.

Compensation & Benefits

• $35 - $3 per hour
• $10,000 sign-on bonus
