As an Electrical Control Panel Fabrication Technician, you’ll own projects from schematic to finished panel—building with pride, accuracy, and independence on a close-knit team.
A day in the life
- Start your morning reviewing electrical schematics and line diagrams, planning your layout and wire routing.
- Assemble and mount breakers, drives, relays, and terminals using hand and power tools.
- Route, label, and terminate wiring with a clean, methodical approach—then verify your work.
- Work independently to complete full panels to spec and quality standards.
- Pitch in on light metal fabrication when needed to keep builds moving.
What you bring
- 3+ years building or wiring industrial control panels
- Fluent reading/interpreting electrical schematics and line diagrams
- Hands-on experience with industrial power, including 3-phase, 480V
- Strong proficiency with hand and power tools
- High school diploma or GED
Bonus skills (preferred)
- Technical degree or certification
- Allen-Bradley PLC troubleshooting exposure
- Light metal fabrication background

Schedule
- Core hours: 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Regular overtime during peak demand (often to ~5:00 p.m. and occasional Saturdays)
Compensation & benefits
- Hourly range: $29 – $34
- Contract-to-hire pathway (approximately 6 months)
- Upon conversion: medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k); paid holidays and PTO
