CDL Truck Driver – Recent Grads Welcome

Based in Callaway, FL, 10‑4 Logistics USA is seeking full‑time W‑2 Class A CDL drivers, including individuals with limited or no professional driving experience eligible for a paid Class A training program. Positions are available across OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, primarily operating east of I‑35. Training program (for candidates with limited or no experience)

  • Training covers safe tractor‑trailer operation, compliant ELD use, trip reporting, pre‑trip/post‑trip inspections, and company procedures.
  • Progress is evaluated through supervised driving and competency assessments prior to solo assignments.

Primary responsibilities

  • Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in compliance with DOT and company regulations.
  • Haul predominantly no‑touch dry van freight, with approximately 70% drop‑and‑hook operations, serving customers across the Eastern United States.
  • Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments and maintain on‑time performance.
  • Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIRs).
  • Perform required pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and report any mechanical or safety issues promptly.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members.
  • Adhere to company safety policies and participate in required safety and training programs.

Qualifications

  • Valid Class A CDL (or eligible for paid training program as specified).
  • Compliance with DOT medical and safety requirements.
  • For the paid training program: recent CDL school graduates who have completed at least 120 hours of instruction.
  • Professional conduct, good communication skills, and ability to follow company procedures.
