What you’ll tackle
- Hands-on build, configuration, and functional testing of:
- Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV)
- Avionics
- Ground Control Stations (GCS)
- Ground Support Equipment (GSE)
- Ground Data Terminals (GDT)
- Related electronic subsystems
- Troubleshoot discrepancies; remove/replace components; verify operation; and record results using approved technical publications and procedures.
- Perform trim, paint, and bodywork on UAV structures and components.
- Assemble and test engines; support ground runs and break-in procedures.
- Modify and repair composite parts to spec.
- Work cross-functionally to meet quality, schedule, and delivery commitments.
- Read and apply engineering drawings, diagrams, and detailed work instructions/manuals for fabrication and assembly.
- Other duties as needed to meet program goals.
Must-have qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year in aircraft production/manufacturing such as composite layup, avionics build/installation, aircraft final assembly, or ground support.
- 6 months to 1 year using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.
- Team-first communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong time management, organization, and clear communication.
- Safety mindset with proper handling of hazardous materials, chemicals, and tools.
- Proficiency with MS Office and production software.
- Analytical thinker focused on continuous improvement.
- Adaptable, collaborative, and effective in a dynamic environment.
