Class A Company Driver - Entry Level

Turn your CDL-A training into a full-time regional driving career based in Paducah, Kentucky, with 365 Freight USA. This opportunity is designed for recent graduates of accredited CDL schools who have completed at least 120 hours of training.

You will begin with paid, one-on-one mentor instruction before transitioning to your own assigned truck on the Eastern Regional Fleet.

Compensation

• Training pay: $850 per week
• Expected solo earnings after successfully completing the mentor program: $1,600–$1,800 or more per week
• Paid orientation
• Weekly pay every Friday

• No-touch dry van freight throughout the Eastern Regional Fleet
• Weekly or biweekly home time available

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Recent graduation from an accredited CDL school
• Minimum of 120 hours of CDL training
• Satisfactory driving record
• Ability to meet applicable DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Willingness to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely
