Regional Class A Company Truck Driver

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full-time W2 Class A CDL drivers in Lafayette, LA. Opportunities are available in OTR, Regional, and Dedicated fleets, primarily east of I‑35. The company provides steady freight, reliable home time, modern equipment, and a comprehensive pay and benefits package with benefits starting on day one. Both experienced drivers and recent CDL school graduates are considered; new graduates may qualify for a paid training program if they have at least 120 hours of instruction.

Typical day on the job:

• Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in accordance with DOT and company rules.
• Haul no‑touch dry van freight, with approximately 70% drop-and-hook, for major customers across the Eastern U.S.
• Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members.
• Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Experienced drivers are welcome; new graduates must have at least 120 hours of training to qualify for paid training.
• Satisfactory driving record and a strong safety focus.
• Able to pass a DOT physical and pre‑employment drug test.
