OPERATIONS DRIVERS & DELIVERY DRIVERS

Location: Marietta, GA

Employment: Full-Time

We are hiring dependable, professional drivers to join our team. We have several driver positions available.

OPERATIONS DRIVERS

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 A.M. – 4:30 P.M.

Required Arrival: 6:50 A.M.

The Operations Driver is a hands-on position that combines driving with daily operational support. In addition to making deliveries and pickups, this position helps keep the operation running smoothly throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Make scheduled deliveries and pickups throughout the Greater Atlanta area.
• Load and unload floral arrangements, plants, supplies, containers, and event materials.
• Assist with warehouse, in-store, and general operational needs.
• Help stage and prepare orders for delivery.
• Assist with event loading, unloading, setup, and breakdown.
• Maintain clean and organized vehicles and work areas.
• Support the team wherever needed to keep daily operations moving efficiently.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned.

DELIVERY DRIVER

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.

Every Other Saturday

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company Ford Transit delivery vans.
• Deliver and pick up floral arrangements, plants, gifts, and event décor.
• Carefully load, secure, transport, and unload products.
• Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules.
• Use company apps for mapping, routing, delivery logs, and confirmations.
• Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, event venues, and team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
• Assist with loading, unloading, in-store support, warehouse duties, or event work as needed.

Requirements for Both Positions

• Valid Georgia driver's license with a clean driving record.
• 1+ year of delivery truck or van driving experience required.
• Clean background.
• Current D.O.T. Medical Card.
• Ability to lift and carry 40–50 lbs.
• Working Android or iPhone smartphone for company delivery apps.
• Familiarity with the Greater Atlanta area preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail — an eye for detail is important.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons as needed.
