Family Law Attorney – Woodbridge, NJ

A long-standing New Jersey law firm is hiring a family law attorney for its matrimonial group in Woodbridge. You carry your own cases from intake to the final judgment.

The work: divorce, custody, support, domestic violence and prenuptial matters, start to finish. Pleadings, motions and marital settlement agreements. Case management conferences, motion argument and trial in the Superior Court, Family Part. Discovery and client communication handled by you, not routed through a partner.

Who fits: three or more years of family law practice with your own caseload. Admitted in New Jersey. At ease in Family Part. Clear, persuasive writing.

Pay: $150,000 to $165,000 base, plus a discretionary bonus. Full benefits.
