Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative, crown and bridge, endodontics, and extractions
• Present treatment plans clearly and build lasting relationships with patients
• Work closely with hygienists, assistants, and front office staff to deliver an excellent patient experience
• Maintain accurate clinical records and follow all state and OSHA guidelines
• Participate in continuing education and help grow the practice

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active New York dental license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• New graduates and experienced dentists are welcome to apply
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to ethical, patient-centered care

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual compensation of $200,000 – $300,000, based on experience and production
• Full-time schedule with an established patient base
