- Top-driver earnings: Average of $1,770 per week, or approximately $92,000 annually.
- Base rate: $0.55 per mile for all loaded and empty miles.
- Accessorial pay: $20 per hour for detention beginning after two hours, plus layover and breakdown compensation.
- Sign-on bonus: $1,500, paid over three months.

Drivers operate predictable regional lanes throughout the Eastern U.S., including routes east of I-35. The schedule provides weekly home time with a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.
- Equipment: Assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.
- Seating policy: No slip-seating.
- Driver amenities: Tractors equipped with APUs, 1,500-watt inverters, and factory-installed refrigerators.
- Freight: 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook freight.
- Programs: Pet and passenger rider programs available from the start of employment.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Active U.S. Department of Transportation medical card.
- For experienced regional routes: At least three months of verifiable over-the-road or regional tractor-trailer experience.
- For entry-level routes: Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to six weeks of paid on-the-job training is available with a dedicated mentor, along with full tuition reimbursement of up to $6,000.
