Core responsibilities
- Deliver, replenish, and rotate product at assigned accounts while on route.
- Keep equipment clean and functioning; complete a minimum of one CQC (Cup Quality Check) daily.
- Escalate customer concerns promptly to the Area Sales Manager (ASM) and ensure resolution.
- Service all customers on the daily schedule without exception.
- Manage invoices, inventory, and collections throughout the day.
- Increase Revenue per Stop by fixing core distribution gaps, executing seasonal/LTO promotions, applying pricing actions, and maintaining station standards.
- Report inefficiencies, dissatisfaction, or new opportunities discovered during route relief to the ASM.
- Support ASM with inventory cycle counts, warehouse duties, and customer-related initiatives.
- Learn brewing equipment basics; perform simple repairs and adjustments.
- Follow the Farmer Brothers customer call process (The Farmer Brothers Way to Sell); make sales calls when time allows.
- Assist with warehouse operations, accounts receivable collections, and customer service as needed.
When and where you’ll work
- Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
- Overtime may be required based on business needs.
Driving requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to complete a DOT physical successfully.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Route delivery experience (helpful).
- Customer service experience (preferred); prior foodservice exposure (desired).
- Clean, reliable driving record.

Farmer Brothers supports pay transparency. The base salary range for this role is defined by the company and can vary by experience and qualifications.
We apply location-based salary adjustments to reflect cost-of-living differences. Team members in higher-cost locations may receive a geographic premium informed by market data and local economic factors.
