Multi-Axis CNC Production Operator

TekPro is hiring directly for a growth-focused precision manufacturer. We’re adding CNC Operators, Setup Machinists, and CNC Machinists who enjoy producing complex, high-precision parts in a clean, well-equipped facility.

The impact you’ll make

• Produce tight-tolerance components on CNC mills, lathes, and multi-axis equipment
• Execute setups, tooling changes, offsets, and part adjustments to hit spec
• Read and act on blueprints, engineering drawings, setup sheets, and work instructions
• Validate quality using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision instruments
• Monitor cycles, troubleshoot issues, and keep production moving
• Coordinate with quality, engineering, and production teams to meet customer requirements
• Maintain a safe, neat, and efficient workstation

What we’re looking for

• Prior CNC machining experience in a precision environment
• Background with CNC mills, lathes, or multi-axis machinery
• Setup capability strongly preferred for advanced machinist roles
• Comfortable reading prints and working with tolerances/GD&T principles
• Skilled with inspection tools: calipers, micrometers, gauges
• Able to perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments
• Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and teamwork
• Familiarity with Fanuc, Haas, Doosan, Okuma (or similar) is a plus
• 5-axis experience is a plus, not required

Schedules and premiums

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM–2:30 AM (+10% premium)
• Weekend Shift: 6:00 AM–6:30 PM (+25% premium)
