Finished Goods Packing & Palletizing Specialist

• Compensation: $18.00/hour
• Shift: 12-hour swing schedule — one month on days (7:00am–7:00pm), then rotate on the first Monday every other month to nights (7:00pm–7:00am).

Impact you’ll make

• Protect product integrity by inspecting every item before it goes into a carton.
• Immediately communicate defects or trends to the bag line operator.
• Weigh and label cases; complete all required production and quality documentation.
• Build square, stable pallets with correct stacking patterns.
• Support efficient changeovers by assisting the Converting Operator with roll changes.
• Verify that all machine safety guards at your station are in place and operational.
• Conduct and record routine quality checks.
• Maintain 5S standards and a clean, hazard-free area.
• Pitch in with additional operator tasks as directed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Reliability to work overtime when needed.
• Completion of company-required training as assigned by management.
• Safety-first attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
