Role Description

For a customer support operation, our client is looking for German-speaking Customer Service Agents to work remotely from Greece. The position is suitable for entry-level candidates and requires relocation prior to starting employment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer assistance in German through telephone, email, and digital platforms

  • Respond to service-related questions in a professional and timely manner

  • Follow predefined workflows to resolve customer requests

  • Register and update case details in support systems

  • Comply with service quality standards and internal procedures

  • Forward unresolved matters to appropriate support levels

Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in German, both written and spoken

  • Good command of English (level B2)

  • No previous work experience required

  • Basic IT skills and ability to work with multiple applications

  • Strong communication skills and a structured approach to problem solving

  • Capability to work independently in a remote setup

  • Readiness to relocate and live in Greece
