For a customer support operation, our client is looking for German-speaking Customer Service Agents to work remotely from Greece. The position is suitable for entry-level candidates and requires relocation prior to starting employment.
Provide customer assistance in German through telephone, email, and digital platforms
Respond to service-related questions in a professional and timely manner
Follow predefined workflows to resolve customer requests
Register and update case details in support systems
Comply with service quality standards and internal procedures
Forward unresolved matters to appropriate support levels
Fluency in German, both written and spoken
Good command of English (level B2)
No previous work experience required
Basic IT skills and ability to work with multiple applications
Strong communication skills and a structured approach to problem solving
Capability to work independently in a remote setup
Readiness to relocate and live in Greece
