365 Freight USA is offering recent CDL-A school graduates in Starkville, Mississippi, a paid pathway into a full-time regional driving career. Candidates who have completed at least 120 hours of instruction at a CDL school and meet company and U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) standards do not need prior professional driving experience to get started.

New drivers will begin with paid training before transitioning to regular regional routes hauling dry van freight, including drop-and-hook loads, using brand-new equipment. This position offers weekly home time and reliable, competitive pay.
