CDL A Dedicated Truck Driver - Home Weekly - NEW CDL GRADUATES WELCOME

Beast Mode Truckin is hiring Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated, home‑weekly position running East and North Central regional lanes. New CDL graduates are welcome; paid training is available. This role operates company‑provided dry van equipment and involves full hand‑unload to a conveyor system at customer sites.

  • Key responsibilities
    • Perform full hand unload of boxes onto store conveyor belts (driver places boxes on conveyor; store personnel handle removal).
    • Operate assigned tractor and trailer safely and in compliance with federal, state, and company requirements.
    • Follow assigned dedicated routes and schedules, maintaining punctual deliveries.
    • Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate hours‑of‑service records using ELD.
    • Conduct pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report equipment issues promptly.
    • Represent the company professionally with customers and dispatch.
  • Compensation & benefits
    • $1700 - $1800 per week.
    • $0.90 per mile; typical weekly miles 1,000+ with average earnings of
    • $20 stop pay and $240 unload pay per trailer; $100 weekly safety/quality bonus when criteria are met.
    • Full benefits (medical, dental, 401(k), paid time off) effective after 30 days of employment.
  • Schedule & location
    • Dedicated East and North Central regional lanes.
    • Home weekly, primarily Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday work; day or night shifts as required.
    • Orientation located in Chesapeake, VA; candidates should reside within approximately 70 miles of Chesapeake, VA.
  • Training
    • Paid orientation in Chesapeake, VA. Paid trainer/mentor program available for drivers with limited experience or new CDL graduates.
  • Minimum qualifications
    • Valid Class A CDL; minimum age 21.
    • New CDL graduates are encouraged to apply; experienced drivers with recent driving experience are also welcome.
    • Satisfactory driving record and background consistent with safety‑sensitive transportation requirements; recent DUI convictions are disqualifying.
    • Ability to pass required pre‑employment urine and hair drug screens and background checks.
    • Ability to perform physical job duties associated with manual loading/unloading.
