Essential duties:
Transports product to and from designated areas in the facility
Loading and unloading material from vehicles such as trucks
Checking loads are secure
Performing daily equipment checks such as recharging the truck’s battery and lubricating equipment
Removing machine attachments and waste material from machines
Examining products to verify conformance to quality standards
Use RF scanner gun
Must physically be able to band material and work off forklift truck
Qualification requirements:
Good math, language and reading skills
Follow instructions for operating equipment and keeping records
Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner
Maintain a clean & safe environment
Clean driving record and a valid state motor vehicle operator’s license
Regularly sitting on a powered industrial truck, with having to drive backwards for a period of time
Having good eye-hand-foot coordination
Ability to work in varying temperatures, depending upon season
Ability to maneuver or lift up to 50 lbs. if needed.
