Shift: 1st or 3rd Shift
Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
10:00 PM -6:30 PM
Weekend availability may be required
Compensation
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 annually
Core Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and standards including FDA, local health, GFSI, and BRCGS
Maintain and enforce food safety programs including GMPs and overall food safety plans
Monitor department KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives
Partner with operations and cross-functional teams to ensure product safety, quality, and compliance
Manage documentation and support internal and external audits
Lead root cause analysis on customer complaints and drive corrective actions
Supervise FSQA Technicians including training, development, and performance management
Manage product holds in SAP and coordinate proper disposition of nonconforming product
Participate in sensory evaluations, environmental monitoring, and routine facility inspections
Support audits and regulatory visits as needed
Drive food safety culture and employee engagement initiatives
Perform additional duties as needed
Minimum Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in food manufacturing, food safety, or quality assurance
High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field preferred
Strong knowledge of HACCP, HARPC, USDA, and FDA regulations
Experience with GFSI, BRC, or SQF audits
PCQI and HACCP certification preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP
Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred Experience
Background in environmental monitoring programs
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement

Pay: $77,000.00 - $85,500.00 per year
