Every deal closed to date has been led by the CEO — your mandate is to take the mid-market sales motion from founder-led to repeatable. This is the most important go-to-market hire being made right now, and it comes with meaningful equity.
The CEO will continue leading larger strategic deals and co-selling on enterprise accounts. You own the mid-market motion end-to-end: sourcing pipeline, running full-cycle deals, closing, and partnering on expansion.
