CDL Class A Truck Driver - Western 5 Regional - CDL Graduates OK

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers, including recent graduates, to operate company‑provided 53' dry vans on the Western 5 regional lanes. Drivers will begin with paid off‑the‑road (OTR) training with a company trainer and transition to solo runs upon successful completion of training. Freight is primarily no‑touch (drop‑and‑hook) with some live load/unload assignments.

Compensation and benefits

• $1,200–$1,400 per week (dependent on miles and experience)
• Trainee pay: $680+ per week during 4–6 week OTR training
• Mileage pay: new graduates typically paid $0.43–$0.57 per mile; experienced drivers paid on a sliding scale of approximately $0.46–$0.72 per mile (actual pay depends on experience and miles assigned)
• Safety/production bonus: up to $0.06 per mile for qualifying drivers (based on monthly productivity and safety criteria)
• Paid one‑day orientation included
• Full benefits (medical, dental, 401(k), paid time off) become available after 30 days of employment

Schedule, equipment, and typical operating conditions

• Region: Western 5 regional lanes
• Equipment: company‑provided 53' dry vans
• Freight: primarily no‑touch (drop‑and‑hook); occasional live load/unload
• Average weekly miles: approximately 2,000–2,500 (route dependent)
• Typical home time: bi‑weekly with at least a 34‑hour reset; many drivers receive home time more frequently depending on routing and residence
• Schedules may include day or night driving assignments

Training

• New drivers run with a trainer OTR for 4–6 weeks before transitioning to solo work (duration based on individual progress and experience)
• Paid orientation and structured training are provided to support safe and effective transition to company operations

Minimum qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum age: 21
• Graduation from an accredited truck driving school with a minimum of 120 hours; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Reasonably clean driving record with no major accidents or major violations within the past five years
• Demonstrated stable work history consistent with company hiring standards (for example, a minimum of 6 months employment in the last year and 1 year in the last three years, excluding time in school or training)
• No recent convictions or safety‑related terminations that would disqualify employment; certain convictions or previous safety‑related terminations may disqualify
• Able to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screens
• Must meet federal and company safety and background check requirements
