Remote Customer Success Associate

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented remote Customer Success Associate to join our team supporting clients in the Seattle, WA region. In this role you will support clients, respond to inquiries, and ensure a smooth and positive experience throughout their interactions with the company. You will act as a primary point of contact for customers, resolving questions, providing updates, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs efficiently and professionally.

Key responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner (including support during Pacific Time hours as required).
  • Assist clients with account-related requests, updates, and general support needs.
  • Provide clear communication and accurate information to clients.
  • Help resolve issues by identifying solutions and following through until completion.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Ensure a positive and seamless client experience at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required.
