Role overview

Own the setup and operation of CNC mills or lathes in a fast‑paced aerospace production setting while interpreting complex drawings and maintaining exacting tolerances.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and run CNC milling and/or turning equipment for production aerospace parts.
• Read blueprints, apply GD&T, and verify dimensions through in‑process checks.
• Adjust tool wear/geometry and perform minor program edits to sustain process capability.
• Meet or exceed quality and throughput targets consistently.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated CNC machining experience (mill and/or lathe).
• Experienced with aerospace metals including aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and Inconel.
• Deep knowledge of tooling strategies, speeds/feeds, and precision metrology.
• Ability to work independently with a strong focus on repeatable quality.
