General Laborer

Job Overview:

The Fiberglass Laborer must be able to read, understand and follow applicable work

instructions, safety requirements and Quality Management System Procedures.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Cutting, grinding, sanding, buffing and assembly of fiberglass parts.
• Maintain equipment and keep workspace in good condition
• Analyze and report any issues, malfunctions or defective parts.

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

• Highly organized and detail oriented.

• Ability to contribute within a team environment.

• Adaptable to a continuous improvement environment and contributes with

ideas.

• Ability to work independently with limited direction.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
