What You’ll Do

• Partner with operators to set up and help run laser equipment, following work instructions.
• Keep a close eye on production to confirm parts meet quality expectations and job specs.
• Prepare completed items for shipment: protect, label, and package per company guidelines.
• Keep your station tidy and organized to support safety and efficiency.
• Work closely with teammates to hit daily targets and meet deadlines.
• Tackle basic preventive care and light troubleshooting on laser machinery when needed.
• Follow all safety rules and company procedures at every step.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Background in manufacturing or warehousing is a plus.
• Familiarity with laser operations is helpful, but we’re ready to train.
• Sharp attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Capable of lifting and moving heavy materials safely.
• Clear communicator with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
