Regional CDL-A Truck Driver - Home Weekly Reset
10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL-A regional drivers based in Liverpool, NY, for a Northeast fleet offering consistent weekly home time, mileage-based pay, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Drivers typically operate regional freight from Northern North Carolina through Maine and as far west as Eastern Ohio, with home time on Saturday and Sunday.
- Sign-on bonus: $4,000
- Pay: $0.80–$0.85 per mile
- Home time: Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour reset
- Average miles: Approximately 1,500 miles per week, depending on hours and freight availability
- Average length of haul: Around 400 miles
- Performance bonus: Up to $0.03 per mile (up to 3 CPM) based on safety, mileage, and productivity
- Additional pay: Stop pay, detention pay, and Long Island delivery pay
- Equipment: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth tractors

- Top earnings: Top regional drivers on this fleet can earn up to $1,850 weekly
- Stop and detention pay details: $20 for the first stop, $35 for the second stop, $50 for the third stop and beyond; $65 for Long Island deliveries; $12.50 per hour detention pay after 2 hours
Lane Details: Drivers run a mix of live loads and preloaded trailers across a Northeast regional network. The primary running area is generally Virginia to Maine, with typical freight moving from Northern North Carolina up to Maine and as far west as Eastern Ohio. Occasional routes outside this area may be used to maximize miles while maintaining weekly reset time. Drivers based in Liverpool (Syracuse area) will operate out of the Central New York region; those who choose to stay out instead of returning home for their reset may be able to run additional weekend freight for extra miles and pay. Willingness to drive in New York City is a plus but not required.
