Step onto the floor at 6:00 PM and own the night
On Jacksonville’s Westside, you’ll start your 12-hour night shift with a walk-through of the line. An operator flags a machine fault; you diagnose, lockout/tagout, and trace the issue from panel to actuator. Later, a new station is coming online—you study the schematics, align the equipment, and ensure wiring is clean and labeled. Before sunrise, you’ll complete lubrication routes and preventive checks so the next crew inherits a smooth start.

What you'll take on
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery across mechanical and electrical domains.
- Interpret mechanical and electrical drawings; install, align, dismantle, move, and recommission equipment.
- Perform routine care: cleaning, lubrication, adjustments, and periodic maintenance tasks.
What you bring
- Strong industrial electrical and mechanical skill set.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
