Can you turn a complex delivery network into a smooth, predictable experience?
At Ashley, we inspire the love of home by ensuring every order arrives right and on time. As the global leader in home furnishings, we invest in people who solve hard problems and keep improving. If you love coordinating moving parts, influencing partners, and using data to make smarter decisions, let’s talk.
Your Challenge
Picture this: It’s 6:00 AM in Arcadia. The first decision you make in the TMS sets the tone for dozens of deliveries. A route is misaligned—can you reoptimize without breaking SLAs? A carrier goes down—who do you call first, and what’s plan B? By afternoon, you’re dissecting on-time metrics, aligning with inventory and warehouse, and tightening documentation. By close, tomorrow’s routes are staged, communications are out, and carriers know the standard to beat.

- Complete and audit all shipping documents, bills of lading, and proofs of delivery in compliance with regulations and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with drivers and third-party providers to optimize routes and reduce transportation expense.
- Diagnose and correct transportation or scheduling conflicts at speed.
- Identify and champion process improvements that reduce cost and elevate service.
