What you’ll tackle
- Set up, change, and secure molds to meet production schedules
- Adjust injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment for proper operation
- Perform basic troubleshooting; make adjustments to stabilize the process
- Inspect molds for wear, damage, or defects and escalate issues as required
- Adhere to company safety procedures and policies at all times
- Partner with production and maintenance to reduce downtime
- Keep the work area clean and organized
What you bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferably, prior mold setting or injection molding experience
- Automotive manufacturing exposure is a plus
- Ability to interpret work instructions and use basic measuring tools
- Mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail
Proficiencies
- Injection Molding Experience
- Tool/Die/Mold Setup Experience
