Your Mission
Picture the moment a truck doors open. You assess the load, verify product quality, and ensure documentation is right the first time. With a forklift, you position goods for maximum space efficiency, update inventory, and stage orders for pickup or delivery. Between tasks, you help keep the warehouse spotless and safe—because a clear floor is a clear path to results. Alongside your team, you contribute to daily goals and take part in scheduled cycle counts and audits.
Core Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move and stack inventory.
- Receive and inspect inbound shipments for accuracy and condition.
- Organize inventory to optimize warehouse space and flow.
- Pick, stage, and finalize orders according to schedule.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized environment.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve operational targets.
- Assist with inventory counts and audit activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience as a forklift operator or similar warehouse role.
- Valid forklift certification preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong adherence to instructions and procedures.
- Capable of lifting and moving heavy items; strong physical stamina.
- Reliable team player who can also work independently.
- Basic computer skills for inventory and data entry.
