At Re:Build CR, LLC (Composite Resources)—a Re:Build Manufacturing company—you’ll join a fast-growing team crafting advanced composite components and tooling for aerospace, defense, and other complex markets. Our culture is grounded in teamwork, ownership, and accountability, and our broader Re:Build network blends engineering excellence, operations know-how, and enabling technologies to transform U.S. manufacturing.
You start your morning on the production floor, checking on a newly integrated layup process you piloted last week. A technician flags a yield concern—within minutes you’re diagnosing root causes, reviewing work instructions you authored, and updating parameters. By mid-morning you’re on a call as the primary technical contact for a key customer, aligning on manufacturability and certification needs. After lunch, you collaborate with Project Management, Quality, and Project Engineers to transition a prototype into serial production, balancing cost, quality, delivery, and safety. Before the day ends, you document the refined process in SolidWorks PDM and close the loop on a scrap-reduction countermeasure you championed.
Re:Build Manufacturing brings together a family of engineering-led businesses to tackle sophisticated programs—spanning design, automation, fabrication, assembly, and large-volume contract manufacturing—across aerospace, defense, mobility, healthcare, biotech, clean tech, energy, food production, industrial equipment, and more. We’re building a model that revitalizes U.S. manufacturing through deep expertise and a principled, high-performance culture.
