We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects with a strong focus on curtain wall, glazing, and architectural glass systems. This role requires a hands-on leader with deep field experience who can manage projects end to end, from preconstruction through installation and closeout.
The ideal candidate has spent significant time on-site, understands the realities of installation, and has successfully delivered complex construction projects while coordinating multiple stakeholders.
Lead and manage construction projects from planning through final delivery
Oversee curtain wall, glazing, and glass system installations, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, and risk mitigation
Conduct site visits and provide hands-on oversight during critical installation phases
Ensure compliance with contract documents, drawings, and specifications
Drive project reporting, documentation, and communication at a senior level
Support leadership in decision-making for large, complex construction initiatives
15–20 years of experience in construction project management
Strong hands-on experience with curtain walls, glazing, and glass systems
Proven background managing installation-heavy construction projects
Demonstrated experience working on-site and managing full project lifecycles
Senior-level exposure handling large-scale, complex construction projects
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Must be based in Texas
Will travel to New York as required for project needs and return to Texas
