Corporate Transactional Attorney – Woodbridge, NJ

A long-standing, full-service New Jersey law firm is hiring a corporate attorney for its transactional group in Woodbridge. You will run deals, not carry the binder.

The work: drafting and negotiating M&A agreements. Private equity transactions from letter of intent to closing. Due diligence and closing checklists that you own. Entity formation, governance and commercial contracts. Direct relationships with clients and opposing counsel.

Who fits: five or more years of corporate transactional practice with real M&A, private equity, diligence and closing experience. Admitted in New Jersey; New York admission or a transferable UBE score is a plus. Healthcare deal experience is a strong plus. The firm will ask for writing samples.

Pay: $155,000 to $170,000 base. Full benefits.
