Make Things That Matter, Early in Your Career
Picture your first 90 days: you arrive at our Northbrook, IL facility, open a fresh CAD model for a new composite component, and turn customer specs into build-ready drawings. By mid-morning, you’re validating GD&T, checking tolerances, and collaborating with machinists to choose the right tools and workholding. After lunch, you refine a CNC program for a complex contour, simulate the toolpath, and walk to the climate-controlled shop to see your code bring the part to life. Before heading out, you capture lessons learned in clear documentation so the next run is faster and more repeatable.
