We are seeking experienced Senior Compliance Specialists to join our team. You will be responsible for reviewing real estate transaction files for compliance with management guidelines and Florida state laws. Effective communication with agents for file improvements via email and phone is essential. Candidates must have a background in real estate file compliance or transaction coordination and possess strong verbal communication skills. This role requires working US Eastern Time Zone hours.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for reviewing real estate transaction files against instructions provided by management and Florida state law.
- Communicating with agents about files that can be improved by email and phone.
Requirements:
Must have experience with real estate file compliance or transaction coordination
Must have strong verbal communication skills
