As a CNC Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring precision and quality in every component produced. Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of production data and machine performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC machining preferred.
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
