Core responsibilities

• Execute preventative maintenance, troubleshoot faults, and perform repairs across plant machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems to minimize downtime.
• Install, set, and maintain components—bearings, gears, belts, motors, pumps, and conveyor systems—to OEM standards.
• Read and apply information from blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and work orders to complete tasks efficiently.
• Keep impeccable records: maintenance logs, repair documentation, and spare parts inventory.
• Collaborate closely with production to address equipment concerns and plan work with minimal operational impact.
• Follow and reinforce all safety policies, with emphasis on LOTO.
• Support building operations with HVAC, plumbing, and general facility repairs when required.

What you’ll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/trade school training preferred.
• 3+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Depth in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Comfort with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment—used safely and correctly.
• Basic welding and fabrication exposure is a plus.
• Ability to operate independently while thriving in a team setting.
