Repair, modify, and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure products are in specification.
Fabricates parts not commercially available,
Troubleshoots electric controls, motor control centers, and programmable logic controls.
Communicates on all project needs with Maintenance & Production Supervisors/Managers.
Assist (as required) in the training and skill upgrading of other maintenance and production personnel.
Maintains excellent housekeeping standards to maintain a safe work area.
Maintains effective communication with operators and plant supervision.
Immediately addresses and reports safety issues or hazards.
Maintains excellent safety record.
Maintains an excellent attendance record.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Demonstrated industrial maintenance experience.
At least five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including successful completion of jobs or similar activities.
At least three (3) years of experience in mechanics.
At least three (3) years of experience in controls.
Demonstrated self-compliance with company policies and procedures.
Experience with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS); Maintenance Connection experience preferred.
A technical school certificate or diploma in a specific work-related area, such as electronics technology or electro-mechanical engineering technology, is preferred.
Working in a manufacturing environment that includes periods of hot and cold weather, dust, noise above 85 dBA, occasional odors, and moving equipment (frequent)
