Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable Machine Maintenance Technician to support and maintain packaging equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on keeping machines running efficiently through preventative maintenance and quick troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on packaging machines
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
Repair and replace components such as motors, belts, sensors, and valves
Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals
Complete work orders and document repairs
Work closely with production to keep equipment running smoothly
Follow all safety procedures including lockout/tagout

Qualifications

2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or packaging
Experience working on packaging equipment or similar machinery
Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly
Comfortable using hand and power tools
PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus

Conveyor Chain Replacement
Preventive Maintenance & Inspection
