We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at our facility located in Mebane, NC 27302. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining various industrial automation equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PLC troubleshooting, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, and experience in creating preventive maintenance plans. Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Perform electrical troubleshooting to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions
  • Conduct mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve problems with machinery
  • Troubleshoot and maintain industrial automation equipment, ensuring optimal performance
  • Create and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize equipment downtime
  • Utilize hydraulics experience to diagnose and repair hydraulic systems
  • Utilize PLC programming experience to make necessary adjustments and modifications.
  • Work in a manufacturing environment, collaborating with other team members to achieve production goals

To be set up for success, the ideal candidate needs to come with a strong background in:
