CDL A School Graduate - Regional Truck Driver

Our company is recruiting CDL‑A truck drivers with little or no experience to join our regional fleet based in Indianapolis, IN. With consistent freight and mileage, these routes offer regular weekly home time, a reliable weekly paycheck, and a full benefits package effective from day one. This opportunity is intended for recent CDL graduates seeking paid training, modern equipment, and comprehensive operational support as they develop their driving careers.

  • Pay: $1,600–$1,800 per week (via direct deposit every Friday). Safety and performance bonus opportunities available.

  • Paid training: Fully paid three‑ to five‑week program for new graduates who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL instruction.
  • Schedule & equipment: Regional routes centered on Indianapolis with regular weekly home time. Primarily no‑touch dry van freight with a high proportion of drop‑and‑hook. Assigned late‑model 2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.
  • Employment type: Stable W‑2 employment with predictable freight and modern equipment; operations team focused on supporting drivers.

Minimum qualifications

  • Valid CDL‑A license.
  • Completion of at least 120 hours of CDL instruction to qualify for the paid training program; prior paid driving experience is not required.
  • Satisfactory driving record and commitment to safe driving practices.
  • Able to meet Department of Transportation (DOT) hiring requirements, including passing a DOT physical and pre‑employment drug test.
